​How Do I Place An Order?


to place an order, simply click on the advert of the horse or pony you would like and add to the message box your particular requirements such as colour, markings, or any custom changes you would like sculpting. Make sure you have included all your details such as name, delivery address and email and  once we receive your order we will email a conformation of any extra fee involved if you have requested either a complicated patterning/ colouring or a sculptural change to your horse. At this time you can confirm if you are happy to go ahead with the order.

How long does my order take


Orders take a maximum of 28 days to complete.  Horses or ponies which are purchased from "Load the Lorry" are ready immediatley and once payment is received are sent out the next working day with Royal mail First class signed for delivery.

​Are there any horse 'ready made' for immediate delivery


Yes, once a month we create  a number of horses which go on "Load the Lorry" (LTL) which are ready for immediate delivery.  This monthly sales page works on a 'first come, first served' basis  so be sure to subscribe  (on the home page) so you dont miss out on some exciting equine creations


Payment and Shipping


Payment is required when your horse or pony is ready for delivery. You will be sent an invoice manually with a picture of your  horse when it is ready for delivery.

Load the lorry horses will be manually invoiced.

Delivery within the UK for a single unit is £8.50

Delivery within the UK for multiple units is £15.50

International delivery charges will be quoted on request.

All deliveries are made using Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.
